sg.anta.com purchases can be returned within 30 days . To be eligible to return, items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed with complete accessories, and the original packaging and tags must also be intact and in their original condition. 

You can return unworn and unwashed sg.anta.com orders within 30 days.
Please contact customer service at antasgofficial@anta.com to explain your refund request. Customer service will assist you in providing a suitable return plan. 
Please note that if you choose to return the product by mail, you will need to bear the return shipping cost yourself.

Once we receive your return and check that the condition of the goods does not affect resale, we will process the refund for you.
Please allow 3–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

You will need to write in to us at antasgofficial@anta.com  before returning the item for exchange or your exchange request may be rejected.
Items must be in original sale condition (unworn or unused with original tags and packaging intact). Kindly note that exchanges can only be done for the same item but in a different size.
The exchange item will not be eligible for further exchange or refund unless the exchange item is defective.
