Order Processing Time

Please allow up to 5 business days for processing your order. If your order is placed after 6 PM SGT, it will be processed on the following business day.

Shipping Options & Rates

We only ship to Singapore address for the time being and currently offer the following shipping options:

Once your order is shipped, tracking information will be emailed by our delivery service provider to the email address you provided us at checkout.

 

Additional Information

1. Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday–Friday, excluding national holidays). Please note that orders may experience longer processing and delivery times during holidays and peak periods.
2. We are unable to ship to any PO Box, military or protected areas.
